migrate your current data, set up and configure your business portal, train you and your team, and get
your pet business up and running in as little as 7 to 10 business days.
Your app will be available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, where your customers can
download it.
We’ll also give you a QR code to display at your front desk, on your website, and in your marketing to make it easy for your customers to download your app.
Absolutely. We’re not taking away any of the booking methods you’re using today, such as email, web, text, etc. (Unless of course you want to eliminate any of these, then we can also help with that too.) You are simply adding a modern approach to your booking arsenal.
Yes it does. With our Camera Integration add-on, you’re in control of who can see what camera feeds
and when. You can even monetize the feature so customers can see their pets while they are away —
right in your app!
Right now, we’re only serving customers in U.S. We have plans to expand internationally—and are happy to put your pet business on our waitlist.
A standard import is included in your one-time set-up fee ($499), which also covers:
- Building your branded app in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Building and setting up your business portal for you.
- A dedicated onboarding specialist for the first 30 days.
- Free and unlimited staff training via Zoom, chat, email or phone.
- An email sent on your behalf when you’re ready to go live to all of your customers with a link to download your app, and a personalized code for each pet parent that ties their profile in the portal to their app
No problem. We’ll never penalize you for having a bumper month. If you exceed your current level by
more than 10% for two months or more in a row, congratulations, you are growing! Your subscription
will be moved to the next tier at that point to ensure you have the plan that best meets your needs.
Our software experts will take your current customer data export (CSV, Excel, or PDF are all fine) and
import it into your new RunLoyal Business Portal to make the software transition smooth.
RunLoyal’s software focuses on managing payments seamlessly, so it’s simple to complete online
payment transactions and in-person transactions with our touch-screen payment terminal.
Customers purchase and renew packages and memberships right on their app, keeping card information on file so it’s convenient to pay and make deposits for services (customizable based on your
preferences).
All RunLoyal customers enjoy free and unlimited support for the life of their subscription. Staff trainings are also included at no extra cost. We provide support via in-portal chat, email, phone and even live Zoom sessions.

to take advantage of based on your needs. The nice thing is that the platform comes with all the base
features and functionality included in one low price. Most clients find over time they can benefit by
using virtually every feature in the platform, but the decision is yours. We even have add-on options
that you can choose from to enhance the user and staff experience.
You get to choose. But most of our customers opt for the SMS option because it gives them an extra
layer of communication with their customers, especially in today’s text heavy world. We also provide
you with configurability to define what messages and notifications you want to send via each method,
so you can limit your SMS utilization if you want to.
The app is the driving force of the RunLoyal system. So to answer the question directly—no, we do not. The app replaces intake forms, questionnaires, and other tools you may be using today. Customers generally embrace the app enthusiastically (Compuware recently reported 85% of consumers prefer apps over mobile sites/portals.) For those who don’t, we provide an easy-to-use online booking link for your website.
